Abstract:The innovation and entrepreneurship curriculum is an important channel for cultivating innovative and entrepreneurial talents. However, the current "double innovation" curriculum has insufficient characteristics, strong homogeneity, and weak practical links, making it difficult to realize the expected value of the curriculum.In order to promote the reform of innovation and entrepreneurship education to move forward in depth, it is necessary to reflect on the homogenization of entrepreneurship and entrepreneurship courses and practical teaching issues, as well as course construction.Regional characteristics are an important foundation and source of individuality for entrepreneurship education in local universities, and the construction of regional characteristics in "entrepreneurship and innovation" courses is an effective path to solve the homogenization and practicality of courses.Wenzhou's unique entrepreneurial cultural resources are not only a "treasure trove" of entrepreneurship and innovation education, but also empower curriculum ideological and political education, which is reflected in the concretization of entrepreneurship and innovation theory, the personalization of entrepreneurship and innovation literacy, the contextualization of entrepreneurship and innovation process, and the effectiveness of curriculum ideological and political education.Through the development and application of a multimodal case library of entrepreneurial stories in Wenzhou, as well as the construction of the "three pairs" practical teaching model, the curriculum reconstruction of regional entrepreneurial cultural resources can be achieved. The creation of unique regional general education and innovation courses can also provide some practical experience and practical value for the construction of innovation courses in universities.
