    摘要:

    [中文]:鑒于高職體育課課時(shí)少、單位時(shí)間長(cháng)的特殊性和高職學(xué)生能(néng)思考、有理解能(néng)力及迫切走向(xiàng)社會(huì)的特點出發(fā),同時(shí),又讓體育課堂爲學(xué)生畢業後(hòu),有能(néng)力投身終生體育鍛煉打下基礎。本方式主張在體育課堂教學(xué)中穿插相應的體育原理及基礎理論知識。除了使學(xué)生能(néng)全身心地投入體育鍛煉以外,還(hái)要讓明白體育鍛煉的“來龍去脈”,使學(xué)生明白需要怎樣(yàng)的鍛煉?爲什麼(me)要這(zhè)樣(yàng)鍛煉?克服鍛煉的畏難情緒及如何激發(fā)學(xué)生進(jìn)行主動鍛煉的熱情。同時(shí),對(duì)任課體育老師提出新的要求:既要有“百科全書”式的知識涵蓋,又要善于把握時(shí)代信息,敏于診斷課堂學(xué)情,正面(miàn)引導學(xué)生進(jìn)行科學(xué)的、積極主動的鍛煉。

    Abstract:

    Classroom teaching of vocational college physical education features a limited number of teaching periods and a long duration for each teaching period. Besides, students in vocational colleges possess a good thinking and comprehension ability and are eager to prepare them for their work in society in the not-distant future. Taking these facts into consideration, the research suggests that homologous athletics principle and foundation theory knowledge should be added.In this way, the students will gain an insight into why and how we should work out regularly, thus attaching importance to physical exercise. Also,it will ignite their enthusiasm, help them overcome difficulties in their trainings and thus develop a lifelong workout habit. The research also suggests that teachers should not only be a walking “encyclopedia” in terms of physical education, but also should keep pace with times, providing the students with a more scientific and effective teaching.
