Abstract:The innovation and entrepreneurship course is a crucial channel for the training of innovative andentrepreneurial talents. However, due to the shortcomings of the current “innovation and entrepreneurship” course,such as insufficient characteristics, strong homogeneity, and weak practical links, it is difficult to realize the expectedvalue of the course. Regional characteristics are the top foundation and source of personality of entrepreneurshipeducation in local universities. The construction of regional characteristics of the ‘‘innovation and entrepreneurship’’course is considered to be an effective way to solve the homogeneity and practicality of the course. Wenzhou uniqueentrepreneurial cultural resources are not only the ‘‘rich mine” of innovation and entrepreneurship education,but also enable the curriculum ideological and political education, leading to the visualization of innovation andentrepreneurship theory, the personification of innovation and entrepreneurship literacy, the contextualization of theinnovation and entrepreneurship process, and the effectiveness of curriculum ideological and political education.Based on the development and application of the multimodal case library of Wenzhou Business entrepreneurshipstories and the construction of the “three duals” practical teaching model, the curriculum reengineering of regionalentrepreneurship cultural resources is expected to be achieved, and the creation of unique regional general innovationand entrepreneurship course is to be realized, providing practical experience for the construction of innovation and entrepreneurship course in universities.
