Abstract:Since the implementation of the universal two-child policy and the universal three-child policy, thedemand for family childcare has been increasing day by day, resulting in the increasing contradiction between supplyand demand for childcare, and thus many issues and challenges have been triggered. Taking Wenzhou as an examplefor empirical research, it is found that in order to fully meet the needs of families of infants and children under the ageof 3, it is essential to build a Wenzhou childcare service system in the context of common prosperity; It is necessary toimprove policies and regulations, establish a government-led supervision system of childcare institutions, and acceleratethe construction of inclusive childcare institutions by increasing financial investment; through the exploration of theinclusive community childcare service model and the improvement of supporting facilities, it is necessary to build a‘‘parenting community’’ childcare service model in Wenzhou; it is also crucial to strengthen the protection of the rightsand interests of women in childbearing age in the community, issue special subsidies for childcare, so as to share thecost of family upbringing.
