In order to study the current situation of community space in Wenzhou under the gradual radiationof child-friendly city theory, questionnaire surveys and interviews were carried out to from the dimensions of childfriendlyneeds and preferences. It is found that the current construction of child-friendly city in Wenzhou is not wellknown by the public, the infrastructure cannot meet the needs of the public, and children’s participation is not enough,etc. Suggestions are put forward to promote the high-quality development of Wenzhou’s child-friendly city fromstrengthening the publicity at different levels, perfecting the hardware and software facilities, and improving the publicparticipation, etc., with a view to providing a theoretical basis for the decision-making of development, and enhancingthe influence and competitiveness of Wenzhou city.
